Awesome fit. It's a shame these seem to have gone out of production. Get them while you can. I think I paid $10-12 for them which is a steal for boardshots.Length sits just above the knee. The leg (thigh) width and opening is just right--not too baggy. There is a 3" stretch section running the inside length of each leg. So there is some expansion when you take shots or squat.Slight elastic section at the back side of the waistband makes waist stretch a little like when you bend at waist or do squats. This is awesome so the waistband doesn't dig in to your stomach.Front velcro closure is the full fly length with a second cover flap at waist. This sits flat and does not get in the way. If I were designing these I would have used a velcro waist design like this, but had no velcro in the fly--instead used a fabric flap like Hurley boardshorts do. This would make these even more flexible.I also like how the back side has a panel to countour around your butt rather than being a flat back. I think this is galled a gusset?Only downside is they are white which will become sort of see through when wet.
